MemoirPart II: Identity and Individuality
MemoirPart II: Isolation and the Quest for Acceptance
The transition from high school to college was intimidating, marked by feelings of loneliness in unfamiliar settings. Initially sitting alone in the cafeteria, I yearned for acceptance and belonging. To find my place, I joined various clubs, like the Army R.O.T.C. and art workshops, fostering new friendships. This journey taught me the value of openness to experiences and the courage to connect with others, leading to self-discovery and embracing my individuality.
